Amman Valley Artifacts and Memorabilia Folland Mug
At Cwmamman Park, Garnant, on Wednesday the 10th of July, over 1,000 local children were granted a day off school to celebrate the Silver Jubilee of George V. Mrs Lilly Folland, with her usual generosity, presented the local children with a souvenir Jubilee mug and a chocolate cake. The bone china mug which is 8cm tall, was made by George Procter & Co, Gladstone Pottery, High Street, Longton, Staffordshire. Information detailing the event was taken from
